Executive Assistant C-level (x/f/m)
Your missions
Within the France organization, you will support the Managing Director France, who is responsible for the France P&L as well as all Sales, Customer Care, Growth, PA, and Communication teams (approximately 600 people). You will be integrated into the "Executive Assistants" team.
As an "Executive Assistant", your role will be key in enabling the MD to accelerate his business impact. You will help him master his time so that he can focus on: commercial strategy, P&L management, leadership team management, execution of business priorities and
You will be a true trusted partner, capable of anticipating the MD's needs, structuring priorities within a dense and highly visible agenda, and smoothing interactions within a complex, multi-team, and constantly evolving organization.
This role is at the heart of the Doctolib France organization and offers direct exposure to strategic topics and the most impactful decisions for France.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage and optimize the MD's agenda (prioritization, arbitration, building an effective "time matrix" aligned with business priorities)
Coordinate exchanges between Sales, Customer Care, Growth, Marketing teams and other key functions, ensuring the fluidity of topics and decisions
Prepare and orchestrate key meetings (management committees, business reviews, all-hands, strategic meetings with high-level internal and external stakeholders)
Ensure follow-up on actions and next steps from important meetings and ensure that nothing remains pending
Anticipate critical issues, resolve problems quickly, and bring structure to high-velocity situations
Manage all of the MD's administrative matters (expense reports, travel, internal tools, approvals)
Organize and coordinate team events (team meetings, offsites, seminars) for the France leadership team
Occasionally support the MD's direct reports (N-1) with organizational or ad hoc coordination needs
Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects as a PMO, on high-impact initiatives for the France organization

You could be the next member of our team if you:
Have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders (C-level, Managing Director) in complex, dynamic, and high-growth environments
Have a keen sense of business: you understand strategic priorities, distinguish the urgent from the important, and know how to connect every topic to business impact
Master multi-stakeholder coordination: you manage several interlocutors simultaneously with fluidity, professionalism, and diplomacy, at all levels of seniority
Are proactive and solution-oriented: you anticipate problems before they arise, find solutions quickly, and bring structure and serenity to moving situations
Know how to work autonomously, go to the right people to collect information, and move topics forward without waiting to be assigned
Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and adapt your communication with tact, clarity, and accuracy depending on the interlocutor
Master English in writing and speaking
It would be fantastic if you also had:
Experience in a tech, SaaS, or business-oriented scale-up environment (Sales, Go-to-market, Growth)
Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives (PMO)
