CDD - Accounts Payable / AP Senior Analyst (x/f/m)
Your missions
Reporting to the Working Capital Manager, you will join the AP Processing team, responsible for the Doctolib group's supplier cycle, which processes approximately 1,500 invoices per month.
Your scope will cover invoice and payment processing, management of internal and external requests, monitoring of supplier accounts, closing and internal control activities, as well as participation in the continuous improvement of processes through automation and AI.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving the processing of supplier invoices in Pivot, from receipt to validation, ensuring data control, accounting coding, matching with purchase orders, and resolution of anomalies.
- Preparing weekly payment batches in SAP and contributing to the reliability of payment forecasts sent to Treasury.
- Providing support for internal (Doctolibers) and external (suppliers) requests received via Salesforce and Jira on various topics (blocked invoices, account discrepancies, disputes, etc.).
- Controlling and validating expenses made with Spendesk cards and Concur expense reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the quality of accounting coding.
- Contributing to closing activities, notably through the analysis of supplier account variations and the control of provisions, as well as internal control activities.
- Supporting the evolution and reliability of AP processes by controlling treatments performed by AI agents, monitoring performance indicators, and contributing to the continuous improvement of activities.

You could be the next member of our team if you:
- Have a higher education degree (Master's level) in accounting, finance, or management.
- Have between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an international environment with high invoicing volumes.
- Master the Procure-to-Pay process from end to end, from invoice receipt to payment.
- Know how to analyze anomalies, manage complex situations, and propose concrete solutions.
- Are autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage your priorities.
- Communicate clearly with Finance, business, and supplier stakeholders in an international environment (proficiency in professional English, both written and oral).
- Have already worked on SAP S/4HANA, Pivot, Spendesk, and Concur.
It would be fantastic if you also had:
- An interest in generative AI and its concrete applications in invoicing processes would be a plus.
