Technical Writer (gn) for interactive documentation projects in Kiel – Bring your know-how to marine logistics!

Your tasks:

• You create meaningful system and plant descriptions as well as functional descriptions for complex technological systems
• You write operating, maintenance, and repair instructions using design schematics, bills of materials, specifications, and supplier documentation.
• You implement your documentation projects in a modern, proprietary editorial system for Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation.
• You conduct coordination meetings with specialist departments and suppliers
• You contribute to the optimization of our documentation standards with your technical understanding and analytical thinking

This is how you are best prepared:

• You have an independent, structured way of working and strong communication skills
• You are enthusiastic about technical content and take on new challenges with initiative and commitment
• You convince through a strong attention to detail and can write up complex matters in an understandable way
• You bring solid IT skills, especially in MS Office, SAP, and EPIC
• You have very good written and spoken English skills, ideally supplemented by experience as a technical writer and knowledge in marine logistics
• You have a corresponding technical education, e.g., as a technician or comparable.
