As a Project Manager (gn) Integrated Product Support in Hamburg or Kiel, play a key role in the sales of technically demanding large-scale projects! Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful development of innovative solutions in the maritime environment.

Your tasks in the field of Integrated Product Support

• You will take responsibility for a sub-project in Integrated Product Support (IPS) during the sales phase
• You will manage Bid-Management in IPS, create offer specifications, quantity frameworks, and schedules
• You will analyze stakeholder requirements, create compliance statements, and transfer the scope of services into precise system specifications
• You will act as a central interface between the IPS area and the overall project
• You will confidently represent the IPS sub-project to external stakeholders from customer and contractor circles
• You will provide technical leadership to the bid team and ensure optimal integration into the project organization
• You will coordinate contributions from various IPS specialist departments, thereby ensuring a consistent and coherent overall offer

What you should bring to this position

• You convince with strong communication skills and live teamwork to develop the best possible solutions together
• You appear confident, present your work results in a targeted manner, and always maintain an overview in negotiation situations
• You have a completed degree in technical or business studies (e.g., Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Schiffbau) or a comparable qualification
• You bring sound experience in project management as well as knowledge in Bid Management, Requirements Management, or Systems Engineering
• Ideally, you possess prior knowledge in the field of IPS (logistical data, technical documentation, training, spare parts management)
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
