Smartifai is looking for a motivated Sales & Technician Staff member to join our growing team. This role combines customer sales with the installation and support of smart home products. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems, and is keen to learn about new technology. Sales responsibilities Assist walk-in, online, and corporate customers with smart home solutions. Demonstrate products and explain how they work. Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to close sales. Build customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Technical responsibilities Install, configure, and test smart home devices, including lighting, sensors, cameras, and hubs. Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers use their devices. Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and training. Coordinate with the operations team to deliver projects smoothly.
