- Assignment at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club®
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams
- Collaboration with operations and service teams
- Participation in the development of menus and food concepts
Offseason / Race break:
- Assignment as Sous Chef in one of our DO & CO Fine Dining restaurants in Wien
Qualifications
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Experience in Fine Dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
- Valid work permit for Österreich
- Structured way of working and leadership competence
- Flexibility and readiness for international assignments
- Very good English skills, other languages an advantage
- Team orientation and independent working style
Additional Information
- We offer a gross monthly salary of 5,500€, plus extra compensation for assignments at F1 events
