International Sous Chef (m/f/x) - Formula 1

We are looking for 2 International Sous Chef (m/f/x) - Formula 1 positions immediately
- Culinary leadership and operational responsibility during international catering assignments
- Deployment during Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams
- Collaboration with operations and service teams
- Participation in the development of menus and food concepts
Offseason / Race break:
- Deployment as a Sous Chef in one of our DO & CO Fine Dining restaurants in Vienna
Qualifications
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Experience in Fine Dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
- Valid work permit for Austria
- Structured way of working and leadership competence
- Flexibility and willingness for international assignments
- Very good English skills, other languages an advantage
- Team orientation and independent working style
Additional Information
- We offer a gross monthly salary of €5,500, plus extra compensation for assignments at F1 events
