Head Chef

Job Description For our kitchen team, we are looking for a passionate Head Chef specializing in Thai cuisine, who will enrich our culinary offering with creativity, precision, and leadership strength.

In this responsible position, you will lead the Thai cuisine area in our restaurant and, together with your team, ensure an extraordinary culinary experience at the highest level.

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the Thai cuisine area in the DO & CO Restaurant

• Leadership, motivation, and further development of a dedicated kitchen team

• Ensuring the highest quality standards in preparation, taste, and presentation

• Development and implementation of authentic as well as contemporary Thai dishes

• Responsibility for inventory management, ordering, and control of high-quality, authentic Thai ingredients

• Close cooperation with the Executive Chef and other kitchen teams

• Continuous optimization of processes to increase quality and efficiency

• Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene, safety, and food standards

• Deployment at exclusive national and international events (e.g., Formel 1, UEFA Champions League Finale, ATP Madrid etc.)

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy establishments with a focus on Thai cuisine

• Sound knowledge of Thai ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors

• Proven experience in the leadership and organization of kitchen teams

• Creativity and competence in the development of menus that combine both traditional and modern interpretations of Thai cuisine

• English skills in spoken and written form appropriate to the activity; Thai language skills are an advantage

• Strong quality awareness, high attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously even in a dynamic, demanding environment
