Your tasks

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager for Air and Sea Freight to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive revenue and secure major business accounts.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver business growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure and expand major accounts
