We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to assist us in conducting routine Financial Planning and operational Analysis activities, supporting the budget cycle, financial modeling, and management reporting, with a focus on transforming data into information for decision-making. Responsibilities and duties

  • Support the budget cycle: collection of assumptions with departments, consolidation, version control, and monitoring of execution.
  • Build and maintain financial models, projections, and predictive models (forecasting).
  • Perform budget vs. actual analysis (variance analysis), investigating deviations and proposing explanations and corrective actions alongside departments.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and support the assembly of the reporting package sent to the global finance team (Dubai), including content in English.
  • Calculate and monitor profitability indicators (ROIC, ROE, EVA, EBITDA margin, contribution margin, among others).
  • Support the company's CAPEX management.
  • Support the construction of economic-financial feasibility analyses for projects and investments.
  • Provide data and projections to support cash flow and working capital management.
  • Automate and standardize analytical routines (Excel / Power Query / Power BI).

Requirements and qualifications

  • Higher education in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Accounting literacy – ability to read and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and their articulation in financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and solid mastery of financial mathematics.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and ability to produce reports).
  • Analytical profile, critical thinking, proactivity, and a genuine willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and ability to interact with non-financial areas.

It will be a differentiator if you have:

  • Data modeling with Power Pivot/Power BI; Python or R.
  • International experience or experience in a multinational company.
  • Spanish.
  • Active or ongoing certifications (CFA, FMVA, or similar).

Regarding physical aspects, gross and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, variable posture for the development of activities, rotation and flexion of the trunk, locomotion and walking, and sporadic physical effort are required.

Regarding sensory aspects, visual acuity is required for checking materials, physical documents, and entering data into the company's integrated internal system, and auditory perception for telephone service to suppliers and employees.

Regarding neuropsychic aspects, attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data interpretation, and initiative to solve causal situations are required.
