Where experience makes the difference The queue at the check-in counter is growing, a flight is approaching boarding, and a colleague asks for advice regarding a difficult situation. You maintain the overview. As a Senior Passenger Services Agent at dnata at Schiphol, you are the experienced point of contact on the floor. You adjust where necessary, support your team, and ensure that every passenger is assisted professionally and safely. With your experience, you make a difference every day in a dynamic, international airport environment.

What will you do? As a professional point of contact, you are the face and the ambassador for passengers at Schiphol.

Monitoring operational processes at check-in, gate, and boarding, with a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction

Coordinating the team, distributing tasks, and supporting in complex situations

Guiding, coaching, and developing Junior Passenger Services Agents

Coordinating with airline representatives and internal departments for a seamless passenger experience

What do you bring? MBO 4 working and thinking level

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Passenger Services Agent

Full experience with all aspects of passenger handling

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Flexible availability for shift work and residing within 60 minutes of Schiphol
