What will you do? As a Senior Baggage Agent, you are responsible for safe, efficient, and timely baggage handling. You monitor the quality of the process, maintain an overview of the operation, and ensure that baggage is processed correctly so that flights can depart according to schedule. Your duties include: Coordinating and monitoring the baggage process during daily operations.

Directing, guiding, and supporting employees on the work floor.

Aligning priorities with coordinators and other operational departments.

Supervising the correct registration, sorting, and relabeling of baggage.

Working according to airport, airline, and safety regulations.

Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to optimal operational execution.

You are an experienced professional who maintains an overview, takes responsibility, and enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment. In addition, you possess: MBO 3 working and thinking level.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar operational role.

Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.

Knowledge of airport and airline procedures and international safety regulations.

The ability to obtain a Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) (for this, you must have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 consecutive years).

What do you bring? MBO 3 working and thinking level

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written

Knowledge of airport and airline regulations, and international safety rules

Residing in the Netherlands for at least 8 years

What do we offer? Employment contract of 38 hours per week in shift work

Gross basic salary of €2,856 to €3,673 per month
