For the dnata Academy at Schiphol, we are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist. In this role, you will develop and optimize digital learning solutions for more than 1,300 employees within Cargo, Passenger Services, and Ramp & Baggage. You will develop e-learning modules in Articulate, manage our learning environment in SAP SuccessFactors, and translate learning needs into practical and effective digital learning solutions.
What will you do? Developing and maintaining e-learning modules in Articulate
Creating storyboards, scripts, interactions, and assessment methods
Coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Managing and optimizing My Learning Zone (SAP SuccessFactors)
Publishing digital content and implementing translations
Analyzing learning data and translating it into improvements
Proposing new ways of digital learning
Thinking creatively about the digitalization of learning
Creating a plan in which all your ideas for new forms of learning come together

What do you bring?
- A higher professional education (hbo) level of working and thinking
- A degree in Educational Science, Instructional Technology, Multimedia Design, or similar
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience with digital learning
- Experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate
- Experience with LMS management, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Good English writing skills
