Sales & Customer Relations Representative

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries and assist customers with their orders. Follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate sales Actively identify and approach potential customers and businesses. Visit offices, organizations and businesses to introduce DMY FOODPLUG and generate new leads Build and maintain relationships with customers. Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations and convert them into sales. Promote our products and identify opportunities for bulk and repeat orders. Maintain accurate records of customers, leads and sales activities. Meet agreed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service before and after sales. Submit regular sales and customer activity reports.

Requirements:

A minimum of OND is an advantage. 1–3 years' experience in sales, customer service or a related role. Previous experience in FMCG, food, retail, hospitality or similar businesses is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with new people. Comfortable with field sales and visiting potential customers. Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills Proactive and target-driven. Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and basic digital tools. Must be based in Abuja and able to commute to Lugbe.
