You are responsible for leading complex national and international projects within the framework of the Project Management Office (PMO). You participate in the integration and further development of project control. You are responsible for project acquisition and tender management (national/international).

You have a Master's degree in the field of engineering with a focus on construction economics, geotechnics, mining, or comparable. You bring relevant, several years of professional experience and a technical background at an engineering level in the field of construction/mining or comparable. You can demonstrate experience in the project management of interdisciplinary (large-scale) projects. You have already gained experience in the active support of innovation processes. You have good IT skills (MS Office, Project, Arriba or comparable applications). A certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an advantage. You are characterized by good communication skills in the project environment, including in English. You demonstrate initiative, team spirit, customer friendliness, and reliability.
