Field Service Technician (M/F)

BlueCrest, a major player in the distribution and maintenance of inserting and finishing equipment, is looking for an after-sales technician for the Grand Est Sector (Strasbourg/Lyon).

I) Your mission:

• Handle technical interventions at customer sites
• Ensure the maintenance of production units in an industrial environment
• Manage maintenance programs
• Perform troubleshooting at customer sites
• Strengthen the Arts Graphiques team of Lyon and the South of France (22, 29, 44, 56) if needed

The technician will be located in the Grand Est/Strasbourg/Lyon region, in order to manage the technical activity of the region while having the possibility to reinforce the Arts Graphiques France team as needed.

II) Qualifications:

• High school diploma, Associate degree or higher
• Previous experience in the maintenance of production units in an industrial environment
• Experience in the industrial document production environment or in finishing will be a plus

III) Training:

Training will be offered by BlueCrest internally and may take place at our manufacturers in France, Germany, Switzerland, etc. Communication tools and a vehicle are provided. You are a dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, organized, and communicative person. Join our dynamic team today!
