*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

*Duties*

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of various areas within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or reporting issues to management.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

*Qualifications*

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
