Here you will work in the Talent Management Team sector, which is responsible for administrative and personnel department management, as well as recruitment, training and development of employees, and organizational climate actions.

Responsibilities and attributes

• Support in the development of internal campaigns for the propagation of organizational climate and culture;
• Support in the development of climate and well-being projects;
• Support in the control, purchase, and delivery of organizational practice kits.

Requirements and qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology, Administration, or related fields;
• Expected graduation from 2027 onwards;
• Intermediate to advanced English - will be tested;
• Intermediate Office package;
• Skill in the Canva platform;
