DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational freight forwarding company, with over 30 years of experience in foreign trade and specializing in freight forwarder. Here you will work in the Air Product sector, which is responsible for preparing air freight commercial proposals, relationship with Cias Aéreas, and choosing the most suitable routes for each type of cargo.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Know and analyze market data to update the technical positioning of DMS with our suppliers and customers;
• Collaborate with the industries and product team to align strategies in the development of each region;
• Identify trends, opportunities, and evaluate new markets and potential demands;
• Manage agreements and contracts with airlines and other suppliers;
• Analyze the financial feasibility of new opportunities, executing the management of the team's results;
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the volume performance of routes, developing the necessary action plans;
• Keep the company supplied with updated information on the latest trends and innovations in logistics and transport, both nationally and internationally;
• Promote a safe climate for the team, with management based on DMS values;
• Evaluate team members and monitor the development of the skills necessary to achieve established goals.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education;
• Advanced English - will be tested;
• Experience in international negotiations, in the air mode;
• Experience in people management;
• Solid relationship with airlines;
• Experience working in freight forwarding, with knowledge of air export and import;
• Availability for travel.
