DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational freight forwarding company, with over 30 years of experience in foreign trade and specializing in freight forwarder. Here you will work in the Air Product sector, which is responsible for preparing air freight commercial proposals, relationship with Cias Aéreas, and choosing the most suitable routes for each type of cargo.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform the development and management of suppliers, monitoring the quality of services provided and ensuring compliance with established standards;
• Execute performance analyses of suppliers and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting decision-making;
• Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy of information, competitiveness, and alignment with internal needs;
• Maintain direct contact with internal clients, offering technical and operational support, clarifying doubts, and aligning demands;
• Control and update indicators and records in internal systems, ensuring information traceability;
• Act proactively in problem-solving, ensuring clear communication, agility, and efficiency in handling deviations.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education or currently studying;
• Advanced English - will be tested;
• Experience with international freight forwarding;
• Experience with negotiation and relationship with agents of origin;
• Experience as Pricing/Inside Sales is desirable.
