DMS LOG | Air Operations Import Analyst | Operations & Customer Care - Américas

DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational freight forwarding company, with 40 years of experience in foreign trade and specializing in freight forwarder. Here you will work in the Operations sector, which is responsible for ensuring the logistical design of the shipment, closely monitoring collection, import, and export operations, as well as documentary verification in each country.

Responsibilities and assignments Contact with exporters at origin: requesting and/or sending documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.); Monitoring processes with incoterms FCA (carriers at origin) and EXW (exporters and carriers at origin); Cost entry; Contact with the warehouse at origin for checking arrivals, issuing warehouse receipt (cargo analysis, packaging, weight); Checking and issuing documents (EEI Report, invoice, packing list, label, etc.); Issuance of bill of lading; Follow up with airlines; Sending information to the CCT.

Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education or currently studying; Intermediate to advanced English - will be tested; Experience with shipment coordination; Knowledge of import processes (USA X Brazil); Knowledge of incoterms (FCA and EXW); Experience in freight forwarder - desirable.
