DMS LOG | Air Operations Export Analyst | Operations & Customer Care

DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational freight forwarding company, with over 30 years of experience in foreign trade and specializing in freight forwarder services. Here you will work in the Operations sector, which is responsible for ensuring the logistical design of the shipment, closely monitoring cargo collection, import, and export operations, as well as documentary verification in each country.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Coordinate international shipments from collection to final delivery, according to the deadlines agreed upon with the client;
• Maintain contact with exporting clients, providing technical and operational support at all stages of the process;
• Request and verify documentation necessary for export (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, destination-specific documents, among others);
• Prepare and issue documents such as HAWB/MAWB, bookings, shipping instructions, and pre-alerts;
• Ensure compliance with legal and customs requirements, including coordination with customs brokers, SEFAZ, and Receita Federal, when necessary;
• Monitor cargo status and keep internal systems updated with information;
• Control operational costs and enter expenses into the system for billing and financial control;
• Act proactively in problem-solving, focusing on fast solutions and clear communication with everyone involved in the logistics chain.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education or currently studying;
• Intermediate to advanced English - will be tested;
• Previous experience in freight forwarder, working with air export/import;
• Mastery of the main export documents and processes, including knowledge of Incoterms and customs regimes;
• Intermediate Spanish - will be a differentiator;
• Customer service - will be a differentiator.
