DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational freight forwarding company, with 40 years of experience in foreign trade and specializing in freight forwarder. Here you will work in the Operations sector, which is responsible for ensuring the logistical design of the shipment, closely monitoring collection, import, and export operations, as well as documentary verification in each country. In this position, you will follow every stage of the operational process, identifying and creating effective solutions for possible non-conformities together with the client Responsibilities and attributionsCoordinate air import shipments;Report all information to clients, via email and system, aiming to keep them aware of the process progress;Ensure the completion of the process through information from Receita Federal systems;Release the process to finance in the system, aiming to proceed with billing;Check the agent's invoice at the origin, through negotiations carried out for subsequent foreign exchange closing.Requirements and qualificationsHigher education completed or in progress;Intermediate to advanced English - will be tested;Experience with international freight forwarding; Experience in coordinating air import shipments.Additional information At DMS, we breathe innovation and are fascinated by people and challenges!
