Your tasks

Key

1. System & Standard: Plan and control the quality management system according to IATF 16949:2016 standards and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
2. Technical Root Cause: Analyze and resolve quality issues in the Die Casting process (Die Casting Defects) such as Porosity, Shrinkage, and Machining work using 8D, Why-Why Analysis tools.
3. Metrology & GD&T: Plan inspections for complex parts by reading Drawings and using GD&T principles to define accurate measurement methods using CMM / 3D Scanner.
4. Calibration Management: Manage the Calibration Plan and control budget (Cost Control) by analyzing risks to optimize calibration cycles or develop In-house calibration.
5. Supplier Quality: Control the quality of raw materials (Aluminum Ingot) and Outsource processes to comply with specified standards.
6. KPI Management: Drive the organization's quality goals.

Requirements

Technical Skills

1. Deep expertise in using Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
2. Ability to read Engineering Drawings and highly proficient in GD&T principles.
3. Knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) processes and basic metal structure analysis.
4. Metrology: Skills in managing a Metrology Lab and knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
