Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the Australian subsidiary

Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals

Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships

Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team (sales, marketing, customer success)

Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events

Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions

Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in Australia

Regular reporting to the headquarters’ management on sales KPIs, pipeline, and market feedback

Completed studies in civil engineering

At least seven years of relevant professional experience in structural analysis/design or in sales/support of CAD/FEM software

Excellent knowledge of the Australian construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM

Very good English skills, knowledge of regional languages is an advantage

Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality

Willingness to travel regularly within Australia and occasionally to Germany
