The DLSI Group and its Annecy agency are recruiting for one of their clients, a:

Logistics Technician (m/f)

Your mission

Reporting directly to the supply chain manager, you are responsible for performing customer order registration, including planning, delivery, and shipping of customer orders. In this capacity, your main missions are to: Update customer portfolio rates related to their sector according to data from the sales manager

• Perform ADV: registration of orders and customer programs according to customer needs and procedures, management of delays, and customer communication
• Production planning based on customer demands in connection with the workshop manager and production manager
• Trigger material needs to the procurement officer according to forecasts
• Create Manufacturing Orders
• Participate in the TOP5 to coordinate priorities and exceptional events across different departments: automatic sorting, packaging and washing, shipping, subcontracting, and production
• Trigger and carry out customer transport according to customer procedures
• Perform invoicing for shipments
• Inform your line manager in case of customer emergencies, and/or arbitration on planning, or any observed malfunction
• Apply QHSE instructions and current procedures
• Be the guarantor of confirmed deadlines to customers
• Stop all dangerous processes, or any activity not respecting quality and/or environmental requirements, and report it to the line manager
• Report information to the line manager to assist in decision-making in the event of a customer complaint

Profile Description With a Bac+2 in logistics, you have proven successful experience in a similar position

• You possess knowledge in logistics
• You master the ERP and different levels of planning
• You also master the company's flows
• You master English, both written and spoken
