TERCIO and its Aix office are recruiting for one of their clients, a:

Industrial Design Office Technician (m/f)

Your mission

Design Office & Technical Support Realization and updating of plans and technical documentation

• Technical analysis of customer requests and support to sales teams
• Participation in the improvement of existing products and the resolution of technical issues

Quality, compliance and certifications Participation in the processes for obtaining and renewing product certifications (ACS, NF, DWD, etc.) Monitoring and updating of technical and regulatory files (materials, attestations, certificates, product compliance)

• Contribution to the ISO 9001 quality management system
• Participation in ISO 14001 / environment / CSR processes (traceability, supplier compliance, choice of materials)
• Analysis of non-conformities, participation in root cause analysis and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions

Continuous Improvement Contribution to the improvement of technical and quality processes

• Participation in the structuring and reliability of technical product data

Profile Description:

Technical Mastery of CAD (SolidWorks)

• Skills in product design (development, reading and interpretation of plans)
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and quality control methods

Quality and compliance Good understanding of quality standards and product certifications

• Knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001)

IT Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of DTP (Photoshop, Illustrator) appreciated

Linguistic Good command of written English is imperative Additional Assets Knowledge of valves or fluid mechanics

• Experience in an industrial or technical environment
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues

Education level and experience Technician Diploma Bac +3 or more with significant experience Initial experience in a design office, product quality or industrial environment is expected. Job Conditions From €2500/month

• 13th and 14th month after one year of seniority
