The DLSI Group and its Annecy agency are recruiting for one of their clients, a:

Product Quality Manager (m/f)

Your mission

Under the hierarchical authority of the Site Manager, based on the established organization and operating procedures, your main missions are the monitoring of the quality system as well as the associated working methodologies:

• The implementation and management of necessary action plans
• The implementation and management of the Product Quality approach and process
• Measuring the effectiveness of actions, the goal being to ultimately contribute to the expected operational and financial results for the company (e.g., scrap rate, cost of non-quality). Depending on internal and external objectives and requirements, the Product Quality Manager evaluates and measures the situation in a planned and regular manner in order to guarantee its management and report on it
• Apply a Product Quality strategy and approach
• Manage the application of the quality management system in the workshop in partnership with the Site Manager & with the UAP Managers and support functions
• Be a contributor to the project quality service during new product launches (run & rate)
• Participate in and validate the transition from project to series production
• Develop quality animation/training according to the scope of responsibility
• Analyze, manage performance indicators, and develop action plans directly related to customer satisfaction or continuous improvement
• Participate in the processing of non-conformities within their scope with the relevant team
• Master and ensure the application of problem-solving methods with the UAP Manager and support services
• Monitor and validate action plans
• Perform internal process and product audits and play a support role for system audits
• Ensure the management, monitoring, and periodic reporting of the product quality approach for the products assigned to them

Profile Description: With higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment

• Good knowledge of machining techniques and the automotive sector required
• Good level of English required
• You are an autonomous, organized, and rigorous person
• You know how to take initiative, possess an open mind, and have a sense of teamwork.
