System Quality Engineer (m/f)

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the technical recommendation and compliance department, you guarantee and ensure the compliance of the system with respect to current standards. In this capacity, your main missions are: To guarantee the compliance of the quality management system in accordance with current standards and their evolutions (EN9100, ISO9001, AQAP 2110); To guarantee the compliance of the quality management system and the process mapping in accordance with various customer frameworks;

  • Ensure the compliance of system tools and documents in accordance with standards and customer requirements
  • Lead and drive the continuous improvement of the quality system using the company's processes and practices
  • Implement suitable digital tools with the objective of simplifying working methods
  • Collect and structure the actions undertaken by teams into a global action plan
  • Catalyze and implement continuous improvement ideas from internal employees
  • Participate in working groups
  • Ensure the transmission of regulatory and normative knowledge
  • Collect requirements from auditors and relay them to internal teams
  • Plan and prepare audits
  • Conduct audits
  • Identify and follow up on resulting actions
  • Lead action resolution groups for non-conformities or deviations
  • Compile and analyze group and customer specifications / requirements
  • Respond to customer specifications

Profile Description: With at least a Bac +3 degree in quality within the industrial sector, you have at least 3 years of experience

  • You have good knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100 frameworks
  • You are proficient in professional English
  • You possess good interpersonal skills and a good team spirit
  • You demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills
  • You are a rigorous person with a sense of organization
  • You master quality tools
  • Occasional travel abroad to be expected (approximately once a year)
