TERCIO and its Aix office are recruiting for one of their clients, a:

Industrialization Innovation Methods Engineer - Process / Equipment (m/f)

Your Mission

You will join a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and production support through the industrialization of new products/processes. You will participate in a large-scale project involving multiple developments of technological building blocks through internal and collaborative R&D studies. You will work in connection with the Production team to implement new equipment with greater capacity. You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing support to production to increase performance, reduce cycle times, and improve reproducibility. Your main missions: Steering the production launch of a new manufacturing process by coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Supervise prototype manufacturing and ensure a smooth transition to the qualification phase
• Industrial Qualification: Lead product and industrial qualification reviews to guarantee compliance with strict regulatory requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor initial series, analyze drifts, and optimize costs and production cycles for the financial profitability of the new process
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team on the optimization of HTCC processes as well as in the sector of Hermetic Package Manufacturing and assembly

Profile Description Education: Master's degree (Bac +5), Engineer with a focus on Mechanical, Production Engineering, or Industrialization

• Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-constraint environment (Aerospace, Space, Energy)
• Technical Skills: Mastery of reading complex drawings, CAD tools
• Soft Skills: Natural leadership, writing rigor, and the ability to unite teams around ambitious project milestones. You are a versatile Engineer who can juggle between disciplines
• You have a good command of technical English (oral and written)
