Logistics Planner (M/F)

The DLSI Group and its Annecy agency are recruiting for one of their clients, a:

Planner (m/f)

Your mission

You ensure the management of your supplier portfolio from the creation of purchase orders to the receipt of parts. You anticipate and report issues that could prevent delivery in accordance with commitments. Your priority objective is customer satisfaction through the availability of components within the specified deadlines. As such, your main missions are to supply production needs on time:

• Challenge supply lead times with suppliers
• Ensure the follow-up, reminders, cancellation, postponement, and progress of purchase orders
• Alert in case of deviations and delay impacts for end customers - via scheduling agents
• Ensure the interface between suppliers and internal departments (supply chain, industrialization for new products, purchasing)
• Optimize the stock levels of purchased components - master the balance between cost vs MOQ and stock risk
• Propose improvements to supplier service
• Ensure the update of data in the ERP (DO, TLS, MOQ)
• Handle anomalies upon receipt and non-conformities detected during incoming inspection

Profile Description: With a Bac +2 or 3 degree in QLIO or industrial logistics and Supply Chain, you have 3 years of experience in a similar position

• You are a rigorous person capable of adapting on a daily basis
• You speak English fluently
• You are curious with a strong team spirit
• Full-time permanent contract (CDI) position
