An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate PA/ Office Manager with 2-4 years EA or team Assistant experience within a corporate environment to join a boutique investment firm in the heart of Mayfair. (Fully office based)

This is a dual aspect role with a mix of EA to include both business and personal PA responsibilities and Office Management.

With respect of EA duties to the founder you will manage a demanding and changing diary taking responsibility for all meetings, agendas, travel arrangements, itineraries, liaising with clients and other internal senior EA’s as well as assistance on private PA duties, , processing expenses and liaising with private homes and staff to ensure all is prepped ahead of movements.

Re office management you will be solely responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly from managing stock levels, to dealing with guests, recording office expenditure, managing holidays, company events and acting as the link between the office and the external IT provider.

This is a real opportunity for an individual with 2-4 years corporate PA experience. Someone with a good team focussed attitude to work closely with other senior support staff to ensure the Founder is fully covered and someone with excellent attention to detail and follow through to see tasks through to a high standard.

Role entails:

  • Manage all office ordering, supplies, suppliers, repairs, testing
  • Coordinate with IT provider over any updates, having weekly catch up calls and being the liaison over any issues
  • Manage all incoming visitors
  • Induct new starters, manage holidays and record office expenses
  • Provide a seamless and efficient EA service
  • Manage all business travel and diary arrangements booking cars, flights, hotels, restaurants with itinerary
  • Provide private PA duties; assist with managing London property and coordinating with staff across different locations
  • Assist with private travel for individual and family
  • Ad hoc tasks such as gift buying, general administration

This is a role that will suit an experienced PA who has strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, has a proactive nature and able to foresee potential pinch points and someone happy to go the extra mile to ensure the task is completed well and is happy to be based in the office Mon-Fri.
