About the position

At the heart of the company's business challenges, you will transform data into performance levers and development opportunities. As a true partner to the business teams, you will collaborate with various departments in France and within the Group to provide high-value-added analyses.

Your main missions:

Drive performance through data

• Design, develop, and evolve dashboards under Power BI.
• Ensure the monitoring and analysis of strategic KPI.
• Guarantee the reliability of reporting and activity indicators.

Analyze and recommend

• Identify the reporting needs of the business teams.
• Gather requirements, write specifications, and monitor their implementation.
• Produce relevant analyses to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

Develop customer knowledge

• Conduct or manage studies aimed at better understanding customer behaviors.
• Leverage data to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Formulate concrete recommendations to contribute to revenue development.

Support decision-making

• Participate in management control processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis and steering tools.
• Be proactive in the use of data within the company.

Your profile:

Education and experience

• Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Data, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Management, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a B2B environment is highly appreciated

Technical skills

• Excellent mastery of Excel, Power BI, and SQL (knowledge of Python would be a plus)
• Good knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining
• Ability to manipulate and structure complex data

• Ability to work autonomously and in project mode
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
• Agility and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
• Fluent English is essential
