PRODUCTION WORKER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of concrete poles.
• Pour, mold, and cure concrete poles ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company and industry specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management and report any material shortages.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
