Hotel E-commerce

Requirements :

• Graduate from hospitality/hotel management or related field.
• Proven experience in front office, e-commerce management or related.
• Have strong understanding of reservation system and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platform.
• Good in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities :

• Managing and maintaining OTA of our property clients.
• Designing and launching online marketing campaigns.
• Make a strategic plan to increase revenue of our clients property.
• Analyzing and monitoring the property's sales performance and online marketing strategies that have been implemented.
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of costumer data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and related rules.
