Technical Presale Communication Engineer At Dizengoff Ghana

Reports To: Sales manager Function: Presale communication engineer Department: Communication Role Purpose

Responsible for the design, surveys, technical write ups, tenders/RFP and preparation of BOM for LAN, CCTV - Access control, PABX, UPSs and radios systems.

Key Accountabilities

Overall responsible for the technical preparation of the sales department

Key Activities/Decision Areas

Technical survey in order to provide BOM/BOQ. Technical write up for tenders and quotations. Describe in marketing writing the technical solution. AutoCAD drawings designs, showing the technical solution. Support the sales department on all the technical presale requests.

Qualification Required & Experience Essential role related knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience:

BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology , Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering or Related Areas Minimum 5 years experience of technical engineering in an Enterprise Network, Telecommunication, ISP or IT companies. Excellent knowledge of IT systems Excellent knowledge of LAN communication systems Excellent knowledge of CCTV and Access control systems Perfect in English Be able to work independently or in a team environment Strong leadership, motivational, analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Strong customer orientation and relationship management Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. Results oriented and meets deadlines Good work ethics and good personal behavior Good communication skills Innovative Marketing knowledge is an advantage
