Lead Backend (M/Ž)

Leading a team of backend developers, including task planning, workload distribution, mentoring, and performance support. Design, development, and maintenance of backend applications and services according to business and technical requirements. Design and implementation of backend architecture, technical standards, and development best practices. Performing code reviews and ensuring its quality. Participating in technical decision-making regarding system architecture, scalability, security, and application performance. Collaborating with product managers, frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other team members during product development and deployment. Estimating the complexity of development tasks, planning technical implementation, and overseeing the timely completion of backend functionalities. Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex technical problems related to backend systems. Ensuring the reliability, availability, scalability, and long-term sustainability of backend services.

Support during onboarding, professional development, and mentoring of backend team members. Creation and updating of technical documentation related to backend systems and development processes.

Collaboration on recruiting new employees, including conducting technical interviews and professional assessment of candidates. Compliance with internal rules, security standards, and relevant legal regulations.

Performing other related work tasks according to the employer's instructions.

Required language level: Russian – fluent, Ukrainian – fluent, English – basic.
