Basic responsibilities .

• Monitoring and management of alarm signals.
• Immediate assessment of incidents and activation of predefined procedures.
• Communication with customers for signal confirmation or updates regarding incidents.
• Recording of incidents in the system and adherence to security protocols.
• Telephone customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Organization and time management.
• Knowledge of English.
• Flexibility in shifts and rolling schedules
