Daily tasks

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with the target operating model
  • Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements for development teams
  • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation, including use cases, and drive quality improvements
  • Support developers and testers across the team and hub
  • Verify implemented solutions by reviewing and validating test results
  • Provide stakeholders with insights on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Requirements

Requirements: Proven experience in IT analysis and/or business analysis Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with experience in international collaboration Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Practical knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modelling Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and UI design Knowledge of architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams Solid technical background enabling effective collaboration with developers Proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies Nice to have: Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs

Must have: Business analysis, Jira, Confluence, SQL, UI design, Analytical skills
