QHSE Executive

Job Summary Support commercial diving and ROV operations by managing QHSE compliance, incident response, and employee training to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities Manage and ensure compliance with QHSE standards including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 to maintain operational quality and safety Oversee the maintenance and proper use of company assets such as vessels, diving equipment, machinery, workshop facilities, vehicles, and office premises to support operational readiness Lead incident management processes and implement continuous improvements to enhance system effectiveness and safety Design and deliver inductions, regular training sessions, and briefings to communicate QHSE policies and updates to employees Apply knowledge of local SS511 and WSH regulations to ensure all operations meet legal safety and health requirements Execute additional duties assigned by management to support company operations and project-specific needs
