Sales Interior Designer

Job Summary Join our team as a Sales Interior Designer to transform client ideas into successful renovation projects. You will engage clients, deliver creative design solutions, manage sales processes, and coordinate project execution from consultation to completion. Responsibilities Meet clients to assess renovation needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints Develop and present creative interior design concepts and space-planning solutions tailored to client requirements Prepare accurate quotations and proposals to support client decision-making Confidently present design ideas and close sales to achieve targets Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and clients to foster repeat business Coordinate project activities with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery Manage projects from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction Deliver excellent customer service and maintain ongoing client engagement Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Experience in interior design or renovation sales Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills demonstrated through client interactions Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven work approach Good interpersonal and customer service skills applied in client-facing roles Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Passion for interior design and home renovation Candidates with a strong sales background interested in transitioning to interior design Other Information Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time High Commission + Performance Incentives Sales leads provided to support business development Unlimited earning potential based on performance Supportive and experienced team environment Training and guidance provided for career growth Opportunity to handle exciting residential renovation projects
