IT Business Partner (M/F)

At Diusframi, we are looking to hire an IT Business Partner to act as a strategic link between the Technology area and the various business areas, identifying needs, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring that technological solutions add value to the company's objectives.

We are looking for a person with communication skills, a global vision of the business, and experience in managing technological projects, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading initiatives from start to finish.

What will your functions be?

• Collect and analyze requirements from the different business areas.
• Define scope, planning, milestones, and monitoring of technological projects.
• Manage budgets, changes, risks, incidents, and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical teams in systems, networks, communications, cloud, and development, as well as external providers.
• Perform project monitoring using Jira.
• Act as the main interlocutor with internal clients, managing expectations and reporting progress.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Easy WMS by Mecalux.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployments and migrations in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and on-premise environments.
• Ensure project documentation and compliance with internal quality and information security procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects. Experience exceeding 5 years is highly valued.
• Experience in planning and managing projects using agile and traditional methodologies.
• Knowledge of systems, networks, and communications.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in risk management, budgets, and providers.
• Communication, negotiation, and internal customer orientation skills.
• English level B1 or higher.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar certifications are highly valued.
