Data Engineer - Ciudad Capital

Manage and optimize the construction of systems capable of collecting, storing, processing, and transforming data based on business strategy and policies to ensure that data analysis and data science teams have access to high-quality, consistent, and structured data for decision-making.

Functions:

• Design, build, and maintain automated data transfer that adheres to ETL principles, making them accessible to ensure they are aligned with business objectives and needs.
• Integrate data from various sources to ensure data consistency and quality throughout the integration process.
• Automate data management and transformation processes to ensure the use of established data formats.
• Identify and solve problems related to data management and processing to guarantee their availability, integrity, and quality.
• Create data storage architectures and systems that are scalable, efficient, and capable to ensure the management of large amounts of data.
• Ensure that applications, ETL automations, and data platforms comply with governance and security guidelines to ensure compliance with established privacy regulations and standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools in the field of data engineering to ensure the provision of advanced functionalities that allow for more effective adaptation to changes in the technological environment.

Requirements

• University graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3 years or more of work experience in a Data Engineer position.
• 2 years or more of experience with Cloud tools (AWS or similar).
• 2 years or more of experience and knowledge related to databases.
• Experience building data ingestion from various sources into the datalake.
• Knowledge of Azure SyNapes or Fabric or similar.
• Experience in ETL automation.
• Agile methodology.
• Structured and unstructured databases.
• Intermediate level English.
