Process and Reporting Manager (m/f/d) (Business Administrator - Controlling)

For a renowned client from the security and defense-related industry, we are looking for you as a Process and Reporting Manager (m/f/d). In this responsible position, you will centrally support project teams in project control, further develop meaningful reporting structures, and ensure a transparent and reliable data basis for management decisions. In doing so, you will act as an important interface between project management, Engineering, and other specialist departments. A particular focus of the position lies on the implementation of reporting projects, the further development of key figure systems, as well as the optimization and standardization of processes. You will actively contribute to establishing cross-departmental standards and achieving sustainable improvements in the project environment. The position combines project control, reporting, process management, and analytical controlling tasks in a technologically demanding environment and is aimed at personalities who want to take responsibility and actively shape changes. The present position is to be filled within the framework of temporary employment.

Process and Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You support the project teams

in project control, reporting, as well as in forecast and planning processes

• You ensure

cross-project transparency and traceability of key figures, status reports, and evaluations

• You structure, standardize,

and harmonize reporting and KPI systems for various project and specialist departments

• You create and consolidate

reports for the System Engineering department as well as for management

• You accompany and realize

reporting projects to improve data quality and decision-making bases

• You continuously further develop processes, standards,

templates, and reporting structures and implement optimization measures sustainably

• You create dashboards,

report templates, and documentation and ensure a uniform reporting landscape

• You support the project teams

methodically in project control, planning, and analysis tasks

• You work closely with

project management, Engineering, and adjacent specialist departments

Your qualifications:

• You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or a comparable commercial qualification
• You possess several years of

professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial company

• You bring sound experience in

the implementation of reporting projects as well as in the analysis and optimization of processes

• You have a pronounced

understanding of key figure systems, reporting structures, and project-related control instruments

• You are characterized by a high

degree of responsibility as well as an active desire to shape things

• You work in a structured,

solution-oriented, and independent manner and maintain an overview even in complex environments

• You convince through teamwork,

communication strength, and analytical thinking skills

• You have very good

knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as practical experience with Power BI

• Ideally, you bring experience

with Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint

• You have good

English skills in speaking and writing

• You work in a

35-hour week with clearly regulated working hours

• You are active within the framework of
