Program Manager Hungary (m/f/d) (Industrial Engineer)

As part of a direct placement, we are looking for a Program Manager Hungary (m/f/d) in Ulm for an internationally active company in the field of security and communication technology. Through DIS AG, you will gain direct access to a technologically sophisticated employer and take on a responsible key position. As Program Manager Hungary (m/f/d), you will manage complex programs and strategically further develop the business in the Hungarian market. This position is to be filled as part of a direct placement / as part of personnel recruitment.

Program Manager Hungary (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Portfolio management includes the prioritization and leadership of the assigned projects
• Business development involves the identification and strategic assessment of new market opportunities
• Resource planning ensures coordinated control across multiple projects
• Budget responsibility includes the monitoring of revenue, profit, and budget, as well as countermeasures in case of deviations
• Negotiation at management level strengthens customer and partner relationships

Your qualifications:

• Degree in a technical or industrial engineering field or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in managing complex technical projects in security or defense technology
• Market knowledge of Hungarian procurement processes for radio and command systems
• Software skills in SAP-EPPM, MS Project or comparable applications
• Language skills in English and Hungarian at a business fluent level as well as willingness to travel
• Employment contract with permanent employment with our client in Ulm
