Specialist Accounting & Financial Reporting (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Substantive, technical, and procedural preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company, taking into account the requirements of HGB, StB, and IFRS, as well as their timely and proper preparation and submission to the Group.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting regulations.
• Plausibility check and analysis of the financial statement contents regarding regularity, as well as preparation of reporting, creation of detailed reports, and commentary on significant financial statement contents.
• Reconciliation of business transactions and related matters with internal specialist departments of the company as well as group-internal specialist departments, institutions, and bodies.
• Presentation, explanation, and representation of company interests towards tax and business auditors as well as group audit; answering company- and group-internal inquiries.

Your qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as civil and commercial law, with additional knowledge in adjacent legal areas such as income and sales tax law required.
• Completed studies in accounting, finance, and bookkeeping (degree in finance or law) or comparable training.
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
• Confident and convincing appearance, teamwork skills, and resilience, especially in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Very well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving thinking as well as a structured way of working.
