Your tasks:

• Management and further development of international distributors and sales partners
• Responsibility for forecasts, sales activities, as well as pricing and market strategies
• Acquisition and development of new business opportunities in an international environment
• Management of the entire quotation and order process
• Close coordination with sales, service, technology, and production
• Creation and processing of spare parts offers as well as their handling
• Active marketing of maintenance and service services
• Organization of international service and training assignments
• Ensuring sustainable partner development and know-how transfer

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies (e.g., BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) or comparable commercial-technical training
• Experience in sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Experience in distributor sales or the capital goods environment is an advantage
• Technical understanding of complex machines and individual customer solutions
• Confident handling of international business partners and various cultural circles
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Assertiveness, result orientation, and a structured way of working
• High flexibility and communication strength in an international environment
• Direct influence on turnover, market shares, and partner development
