Specialist (m/f/d) Procurement

Your tasks:

• Independent procurement for defined material and product groups
• Selection and support of suitable suppliers
• Monitoring of delivery dates, quantities, and quality requirements
• Maintenance of master data and purchasing information in the ERP system
• Preparation and support in price and contract negotiations
• Conducting tenders and identification of new procurement sources
• Collaboration in the further development of purchasing strategies and internal processes
• Cooperation in cross-departmental projects

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or studies in a business or technical environment
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement management
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Good English skills as well as occasional willingness to travel
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
