Project Manager Interior Fit-out (m/f/d) (Project Leader / Project Manager)

Do you manage complex projects with a technical and commercial eye, coordinate different trades, and maintain an overview even in demanding project phases? Then a responsible position with an international project environment and exciting interior fit-out projects awaits you. As part of our recruitment services, we are looking for an experienced personality for our client who will independently accompany and successfully realize demanding fit-out projects. This position is to be filled as part of direct placement / as part of recruitment services.

Project Manager Interior Fit-out (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent overall coordination and realization of international interior fit-out projects
• Ensuring project goals regarding time, quality, and costs
• Steering and leading the project management team
• Representing the company at customer meetings and coordination with partners
• Coordination of subcontractors, trades, and internal specialist departments
• Structuring and optimizing project processes
• Identification and assessment of project risks as well as development of solution strategies
• Support in contract management with suppliers and subcontractors

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Wood Technology, or comparable
• Several years of experience in project execution, ideally in interior fit-out or a construction-related environment
• Experience in contract management is an advantage
• Good commercial expertise and technical understanding
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident appearance
• Organizational skills, initiative, and high goal orientation
• Leadership experience or enjoyment in leading project teams
• Very good English skills and willingness to travel
• 28 + 2 vacation days per year
