International Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support and processing of customer and business partner inquiries
• Creation of quotations and complete order processing
• Recording and maintenance of orders in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with the field sales service
• Coordination of invoicing and monitoring of payment deadlines
• Support in dunning processes and receivables management
• General sales-related administration and organization

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in sales back office or order processing
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital systems
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Good Spanish skills in speaking and writing
• Direct permanent employment with a long-term perspective
• International working environment and versatile customer contact
• Varied tasks along the entire sales process
• Close cooperation with internal and field sales
